Official Pendleton County records must come from the office that created or maintains them. This private site cannot retrieve, correct, or certify a record. This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Direct a Pendleton County request according to the record type and its custodian:

  • Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
  • Criminal-history records: contact Kentucky State Police for the subject-access and fingerprint-supported channels
  • Sheriff reports: visit the Pendleton County Sheriff's Office at 202 Chapel Street during weekday records hours
  • Current custody: call the elected Pendleton County jailer at 859-654-4444 to identify the receiving detention facility
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Expungement: obtain the AOC certification, then file through the Pendleton Circuit Court Clerk
